Self-service Photocopying, Printing & Scanning Guidelines

1. 1. Each student can only have one account.
   2. The self-service photocopier is password-operated.
   3. All photocopying and printing must comply with the Copyright Law.
   4. A 100-pages (B&W) account costs $30 and you can add value to it.
      Details are as follows:

            5. Your account will be deactivated under the following circumstances:

• • •  Forgetting the password three times in a school year.
    • Keeping more than one account.
    • Leaving the school permanently.

            6.Photocopying account is activated immediately upon request.

            7.Adding value to the accounts or Password Changes requires one workday.
