1. Practice- That’s the only way to learn different sport activities.
  2. Do regular aerobic exercise – 30 mins a day of aerobic exercise can strengthen your heart.
  3. Warm Up and Cool Down – Before and after exercise, remember to do stretching.
  4. Flexibility – Spare some time to do stretching every day to keep your body flexibility.
  5. Overheat – Make sure your body won’t be too hot when you are doing exercise. Remember to drink enough water.
